While some features may function on mobile devices, BrainHealthPlus works best on a laptop or desktop computer with a webcam (built-in or external).

Will I have a co-pay?
ANSWER:
Coverage varies based on your Medicare plan and any secondary insurance. Our care team will determine eligibility and let you know if a copay applies. If a copay is required, you can then decide to continue to enroll and may cancel at any time. If you do not qualify for the program, we’ll let you know, as well.

With whom will you share my information?
ANSWER:
The medical clinician who referred you to the program, such as your physician, pharmacist, chiropractor, home care agency, etc.
